Automatische Steuerung

The automatic control installations include Building Management System (BMS) and KNX-EIB BuS systems. The application of automatic control ensures smooth operations and maximum energy and operation cost savings. The design includes:

• Lists of all functions to be controlled automatically such as in HVAC, production of hot-cold water, AHU, FCU, reheat elements, pumps, fans, dampers, valves etc., in plumbing pumping stations, tanks, filters, purification equipment etc., in electrical power systems, lighting control, load’s control, backup systems etc.
• Lists of all sizes to be monitored, such as temperature, humidity, quality, pressure and differential air pressure, temperature, flow, level, pressure and differential pressure fluid, brightness, presence, traffic, weather data, humidity, vibration, and electrical values (voltage, current, active and reactive power, cosφ, etc.) and all required signals (DI, DO, AI, AO).
• Selection of the systems implemented, depending on the specific requirements and the use of the project, taking into account technical and financial restrictions
• Detailed drawings including all appropriate wiring and any other necessary information for complete implantation.
