The managing partners, who are the main designers of the projects, determine the overall design, choose the technical solutions to be applied while at the same time they interact directly with the client and participate in all meetings with the architects and other designers of the project.

The design engineers follow the guidelines set and prepare the various design parts. During design phase there is a continuous cooperation between all team members, so that all installations remain coordinated.

For each project, the technical solutions proposed area based on the following guidelines:

• Providing close and individual attention to each project and understanding the client’s needs
• Integrating sustainable engineering solutions
• Including renewable energy sources
• Minimizing the project’s environmental footprint
• Involving innovative products in MEP design
• Cooperating with the architects and the civil engineers of the projects
• Working within the constraints of time and budget, by implementing value for money and time, efficient technical solutions
• Reduction of operating costs over the life of the project
