The energy efficiency design carried out in accordance with the National Standard for Energy Performance of Buildings and international standards. The design aims at energy efficiency optimization of buildings. The energy efficiency designs include:
- Collaboration with the architectural team to optimize the building shell in terms of thermal insulation and as to the optimal use of the bioclimatic design parameters (solar heat gains, ventilation)
- Selection of appropriate cooling systems, heating, ventilation and lighting, taking into account local climatic conditions, the use of the building, the possibility of using renewable energy, the project budget and the demands of the end user.
- Calculation of annual energy costs.
